These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://kemeticastrology.com (the “Site”) and any related services offered by Know‑Thyself Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 16 years old to use our Site.
1.2 Account Information. To access certain features, you may be required to register and provide accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. License & Acceptable Use

2.1 Limited License. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, limited license to access and use the Site for your personal, non‑commercial purposes.

3.2 Trademarks. “Know‑Thyself Academy,” “Kemetic Astrology,” and our logos are trademarks of Know‑Thyself Academy. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

4. User Content & Feedback

4.1 User Content. Any materials you submit to the Site (e.g., comments, feedback, questions) are non‑confidential and become our property. We may use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such submissions without restriction.
4.2 License to Feedback. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free license to use any ideas, suggestions, or feedback you provide regarding the Site.

5. Disclaimers & No Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR‑FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Know‑Thyself Academy and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of the Site; or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Sections 3–8, 10, and 11 survive any termination.

9. Modifications to the Site or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Site at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to change these Terms by posting an updated version on the Site. All changes are effective immediately upon posting, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York for any disputes arising under these Terms.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms remains in full force.
11.2 Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.
11.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements.
